We do not accept returns if the item has been used.

We will take items back if you change your mind.

If you return items that has not been used. 

There will be a 20% re stocking charge on the price of the item. And customer must pay shipping fees.

These fees will be taken before refund is given.

Once we receieve it back, a refund will be given on the item.

Cancellation of orders.

Please be aware.

There is a 20% charge on plywood item cancellation orders.

And there will be a 30% charge on Pine items.

This is due to ordering wood on orders received to get stock in.

Please inspect items once received.

If the item is damaged on delivery. Let us know within 24hrs of receiving.

We will replace the item and get the broken item returned to us ASAP.

If you report it after this.. There will be a £12 delivery charge on the new replacement item and a £12 returns charge too. 

This will need to be paid before replacement items are sent/collected.

We have had customers that have receieved items but not opened and inspected.

Then they let us know 1/2/3 weeks later once they take it out of the boxes.
